Oversized mega dome ports for Gates and Nauticam housings

Gates and Nauticam have led the way in developing innovative and cutting edge underwater imaging lenses for filming and photography.

These type of ports are mainly used for par focal above and below sequences (known as split shots) and give a much thinner waterline than smaller dome ports

They also avoid the common under / over distortion that smaller dome and flat ports give, especially scuba cams, this is vital if you’re trying to show the under water element of the image in proportion to the above water element of the image

We have a range of acrylic and glass over-sized dome ports starting at 12″ (300mm) up to 24″ (600mm) suitable for a range of different applications and subject matter. When using larger dome ports it’s strongly recommended to use one of our float systems too which support the camera and housing on the surface.
